Teviotdale was set up in February 2006 by Richard Edlmann. He was joined in May 2006 by Patrick Carrick.

Until he joined Teviotdale, Patrick was a Land Manager for Miller Homes for 5 years and Business Development Manager for CALA Finance for 4 years. He has a diploma in both law and planning and has vast experience of the site purchase, funding and commercial side of property development. He also acts as a consultant to developers and land owners. He met Richard whilst he was a serving Officer with the Highlanders Regiment.

After 9 years service in the KOSB, Richard was appointed Business Process Mananger for MD of Amey Scotland and then a PFI/PPP Bid Director for Precept Programme Management and Navigant Consulting. He is very experienced in programme and project management.
